Covid-19 Information

As a valued customer of Lockmasters Security Institute, I would like to share with you the steps we are taking to protect all customers and employees during this emerging threat with the COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

• We are carefully monitoring the situation and following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other health authorities and will adjust our plans accordingly.
• We’ve always taken seriously the cleanliness of our locations, however we know this is more important than ever. Aligned with guidance from health authorities, we are implementing additional measures to clean and disinfect our locations according to CDC guidelines.
• While we look forward to continuing to serve you during this time, we recognize some travel plans may change. At this time, cancellation penalties are waived.  Please call and re-schedule if you cannot travel.  We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust the policy accordingly.
• Employee and customer wellbeing is also a top priority. We are encouraging team members and customers to follow health authority best practices like frequent hand washing and staying home if they are feeling ill.
