Chuck Mifsud

Mr. Mifsud is a highly experienced Project Manager with over 25 years of expertise in the field. Since 2017, he has served as the owner of CM Contracting & Consulting Inc., further showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities. His extensive experience includes project management, as he also oversees his own business operations at CM Contracting & Consulting Inc., where he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality services and exceeding client expectations.

As President at CMCC, Mr. Mifsud serves as a technical consultant for multiple government agencies in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) area. His expertise and insights are sought after to ensure the successful execution of various projects within these agencies.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mifsud has successfully managed numerous construction projects, including SCIF design buildouts and security upgrades, with notable achievements such as the Project Discovery SCIF and multiple SCIF buildouts for Air Force base General’s Housing.In addition to his role as President of CMCC,  Mr. Mifsud has held the position of Project Manager at Sterile Solutions Co (SSC), where he specializes in providing technical consulting and project management services to commercial and government clients. His focus is on delivering design-build turnkey solutions for sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) buildouts and security upgrades, ensuring strict adherence to ICD705 specifications.

Furthermore, Mr. Mifsud holds several certifications, including Lockmasters LKM10K Lock Installation, KABA-MAS Installation & Operation of X10, SCIF Acoustical Door and Frame Installation by Overly, and Facility Security Officer (FSO) certification, among others. These certifications underscore his commitment to upholding the highest standards of security and professionalism in all his endeavors.
