Jeff was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. He began his technology/customer service career at Circuit City while attending Eastern Kentucky University in 1989. In 1994, he started working for a local company by the name of Autosound, Inc. and worked there for 20 years. While at Autosound, he started in management and then spent his remaining 8 years managing the store. Jeff joined Lockmasters in 2014, to work with Government and Industrial Sales and as a Technical Advisor. Since then he has become a certified trainer for the LKM7000 (now LKM10K), Kaba X-10, SG2740B, and SCIF Acoustical Door Installation courses. In May of 2023, Jeff has become a full time Government course instructor.
