Michael J. Gaetke is a seasoned executive, secure facility subject matter expert, and strategic consultant with over four decades of experience in the secure facility design and construction sector. As the former CEO/President and Owner of Adamo Security Group, Michael played a pivotal role in positioning the company as a nationally recognized leader in the design and construction of SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities) and SAPF (Special Access Program Facilities) across the United States and internationally. His work supported critical operations for the U.S. Department of Defense, intelligence agencies, and top-tier defense contractors—delivering highly secure, mission-ready classified program environments built to exacting federal standards, including ICD 705.
Over his 40 years as leader of Adamo Security Group, Michael led teams and provided delivery of over 500 secure facility projects across the U.S. and internationally, with each facility meeting government accreditation requirements. Mike joined the LSI ICD-705 Instructor team in 2025 as the lead instructor for our Las Vegas Education Center.
In 2020, Michael sold his interest in Adamo Security Group and transitioned into a new phase of leadership by founding Vector Reach Consulting, LLC, a firm dedicated to providing consulting services for development of SCI/SAP facilities, strategic real estate development and executive consulting. Through Vector Reach, he advises on commercial, industrial, and multi-family developments while also providing guidance to organizations seeking expertise in secure facility infrastructure, leadership development, and mission-focused growth.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Michael is deeply committed to personal purpose and service. He serves on several international non-profit boards, where he is involved with faith-based initiatives, international missions, and community outreach. His personal and professional journey is also chronicled in his 2024 memoir, Say Yes to God: The Story of an Ordinary Life of Extraordinary Adventure.
