Born and raised in Nicholasville, Kentucky, Margaret has 30 years of experience in customer service. From 1994 to 2008, she served as the Office Manager at Lexington Golf Company, where she primarily focused on customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient operations.
In 2009, Margaret came to Lockmasters, starting in the warehouse packaging products. Her dedication led to her promotion to buyer in our purchasing department. As her role at Lockmasters evolved, Margaret moved into her current position at Lockmasters Security Institute, where she serves as the Education Administrator and Assistant to the Vice President of Education. In this capacity, she manages billing and ensures that educational programs run smoothly.
Outside of her professional life, Margaret cherishes spending quality time with her two children and four grandchildren.
